We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

• Delivery charge: £1.80 per order
• Delivery service: Royal Mail 1st Class
• Processing time: We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
• Estimated delivery: Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates may vary during busy periods, including Christmas and bank holidays.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

For standard, non-personalised stickers, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and then have a further 14 days to return it. Please contact us before returning an item. Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Stickers made specifically to your personal requirements, such as custom names or wording, are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
